About Me
- Cara
- I am 27 years old and have had diabetes for 23 years. I have been on an insulin pump for two years and love it! I have also been on the CGMS for a year. I am a teacher by trade, but am currently working in social work. My diabetes is a very big part of who I am, but I am more determined to beat it than I have ever been in my life. This blog is just a place to vent my frustrations and to find other people who can relate.

Hmm, that's interesting. I hope you'll post when you find out more. I missed the whole Today Show. I meant to watch it, but I was up too late last night. I'll have to catch the rest on their website I guess, but I'm glad you showed that clip. The mom gave a good brief explanation that hopefully cleared up a little misconception.
